Gadsden, AL Work Disability and How Chiropractic Can Help

Dr. Tortoriello has been providing care for people with work injuries since 2003. Chiropractic care may minimize the number of missed worked days for back and neck pain, according to recent research. In a new survey, people who received chiropractic care tended to miss fewer work days compared to patients who hadn't seen a chiropractic physician.

In this recent study, 650 workers in Minnesota who reported back and/or neck pain were surveyed. The authors found that many of those surveyed admitted that their back pain prompted them to lose work or resulted in them makingmistakes on the job.

The most interesting discovery, however, was that those people who saw a chiropractor had 58% fewer disability days than those who didn't see a chiropractor!

Numerous research studies report that chiropractic care is the optimal way to treat and even prevent back pain, and that's what we've observed here in our clinic in Gadsden, AL.
